Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Plymouth County Busted Mugshots. By accessing or using the site, a visitor agrees to follow them. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the website.

This privately owned guide is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency. The site and its advertising partners do not offer FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant-screening services.

The Site’s Limited Role

Plymouth County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference site. It does not store official records, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Plymouth County police logs, sheriff and PCCF contacts, court resources, Massachusetts custody tools, federal locators, and third-party research services. The office or provider that maintains a record controls its official content and access.

The website and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no promise is made that the service will have the following qualities.

  • Accurate, complete, or current information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • Complete or useful results from a partner search

Custody, contact details, public records, and court events can change quickly. Nothing on this private site is an official statement from the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office or any other public agency.

Unless another owner is identified, the site’s writing, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Plymouth County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without prior written permission.

Revisions to the Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revision.

Access to all or part of the website may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice.

Massachusetts Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Massachusetts.
